Catherine is an Arizona native raised in Gilbert, now rooted in Chandler, and a graduate of Prescott College. Her career spans fraud investigation, loss prevention, marketing, and consulting, but what has defined her life is a commitment to showing up for the causes that matter.
She began advocacy work in 2004, championing environmental protection, the separation of church and state, and ending the use of animals for entertainment. After 2016, she dedicated herself to women’s bodily autonomy, spending years educating communities on the real consequences of overturning Roe v. Wade, long before it became reality.
When the political landscape shifted in 2024, Catherine decided that working behind the scenes was no longer enough. Since November 2024, she has served LD12 Democrats as Precinct Committee-person, State Committee Member, and Commissioner for the City of Chandler, and now brings that same drive to her role as LD12’s 2nd Vice Chair.
Outside of her advocacy work, Catherine recharges through gardening, creating art, and spending time with her family, friends, and the cats who run her household.
